The aroma of drops falling on dusty soil .....Seductive,
A bite of crunchy toast with a sip of hot morning tea .....Refreshing,
And gossip session on illogical topics with a few morons .....Nostalgic,
What a way to start the day !!!
#2 Vishwanath Temple, simply put, VT
VT ki poori sabzi aur cold coffee
Look who we found here. Our own Dr. Vinayak Srivastav. It has always been such a fun talking to VS. I will never forget the day when he came to our hostel to sign our application forms; which Professor does that.
# 3 Agni Bar - The IPL venue
We used to come here always whenever Mumbai Indians was supposed to play. Watching Sachin play on a giant projector screen was a treat for eyes. "ab to na wo saqi hai, na hi wo maikhana !!"
And that's friendship- Akash came directly to Agni from Airport. To hell with the rehearsal of convocation, the actual rehearsal for the mega event (to be held in the evening of 9th Nov) was in play.:-)
#4 The D-Day - to be graduated .....
More than getting the degree, we were amazingly excited about wearing Kurta-pyjama. All beasts dwelling in concrete jungles were decent human beings for a day. Gowns/Robes would definitely not have been so spicy.
Came to Varanasi from Delhi on bike, how crazy is that !

KKS- The prof who meant to me the most.

#5 Pizzeria - A place synonymous with Apple pie
We were still fighting for the last bite. :-D Old habits die hard !
#6 Assi ghat
Spiritual life in Banaras revolves around the ghats. Sitting on its steps and looking into void, an epiphanic dip into nothingness leads you to true yourself.
